Fascia, also known as connective tissue, is a tissue that connects all your organs, muscles, various structures, and more together. Similar to a casing on a sausage holding your muscles in place.

Fascial Stretch therapy is what it sounds like. Stretching. Your therapist will use this technique while you are fully clothed before the massage portion of your appointment begins. FST is assisted stretching, so your only job is to focus on your breathing while your therapist moves your body to create an effective stretch.
