You can book an appointment on the booking tab of our website.
You will be sent an intake form. If you do not fill out your intake form 48 hours before your appointment, it will be canceled.
Your therapist will show up 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to set up.
The therapist will need 7ft x 8ft space, please have this space ready.
Lead your therapist to a place where they can wash their hands while you get comfortable on the table.
You will receive your massage.
Your therapist will go wash their hands again while you have privacy to get off the table and re-dressed.
Once you have given the go ahead, the therapist will come back and start to take down their equipment.

Each registered massage therapist will have trained modalities and will bring what is needed.
EX: Cups, for cupping etc.

Our massage therapist shows up 15 minutes prior to schedule to appointment to set up. Please be available for them.

Yes, we do require a month’s notice to ensure we are well equipped. Please email us about your upcoming event and we will work together to make it special for you and your guests.

Yes, however we do charge a millage fee ($0.55 starting at the perimeter) and require a minimum of 4 people receiving a massage.

Yes. At the time you booked, an intake form will be emailed to you. Please fill out promptly to ensure we can get your insurance settled before your appointment.
Not all plans support direct billing, or massage therapy. Please review your plan before adding it to the intake form.

You may dress to your level of comfort. If you feel more comfortable wearing pants and shirt that’s okay. That being said, it is easier to get deep into the muscles and tissues without clothing so oil can be used.

We recommend you take it easy the next day or two. Try not to go to the gym or do strenuous activity. Your body is healing from the muscles being manipulated.
To prolong the positive effects from your massage we recommend stretching regularly between appointments. Don’t forget to drink lots of water!

When filling out the intake form it is mandatory to also save a credit card on file. After your appointment an invoice and payment link can be texted or emailed to you.
If payment is not received within 24 hours the credit card on file will be charged.
